Welcome to my website, I have always enjoyed cooking many different foods from across the globe, but my heart has always been with the food that I grew up on, I was born in Albuquerque and raised in (Valencia) Los Lunas, New Mexico where my Father’s family is originally from, my family on my Mother’s side are from a small town called Villanueva, New Mexico. We go as far back to the 1700’s. here in New Mexico

Here are a few pictures of the dishes that I prepared for my Book Signing Reception held on February 1, 2020. I was honored to have had a successful book signing with over 125 guest in attendance. I could not of accomplished all of this without God, my incredible husband, daughters, sons in-law, and grandchildren always ready to pitch in even in heels, and suits.. my Uncle who never cease to amaze me, my incredible always ready to be by my side friends, bff’s, amigas, and my yaya’ s I love you all.
